Rhythm Eastern

Rhythm Eastern is a sales center completed in 2020 in Shandong, China, with an area of 8334 square meters. The interior uses the Hundred Schools of Thought in Chinese culture as a storyline. Graphic decorative paintings present classic stories of the different schools. A palette of black, white and gray creates a calm and warm atmosphere. Local cultural elements are combined with ceramic pieces to form sculptural artworks. Soft lighting and environmentally friendly materials connect nature, space, light and shadow.

Qianjiang House

Qianjiang House is a sales center located in Hangzhou, China, covering 2000 square metres. The interior is fully assembled from prefabricated parts, and the recyclable construction supports a green and healthy concept. A Mobius strip, a symbol of the infinite cycle, is expressed as a visible visual form. Spiral pendant lamps recall a ribbon in motion within the large space. The negotiation area uses soft light colours, leather and silk fabric inspired by the Jiangnan oil-paper umbrella. Furniture is detachable and washable where possible, and the air purification system is closely controlled.

Zhangtai Haitang Bay

Zhangtai Haitang Bay is a sales center located in Beihai, Guangxi, China. The interior covers 2206 square meters and serves a residential project next to Dadun Sea. The design blurs the boundaries between architecture, art and culture, and brings the space closer to nature. Large white surfaces extend the interior, while smooth curves follow the form of the building. Spiral stairs and interspersed curves pass between different building materials. The spatial layout is kept flexible, because the center is planned to serve as a community clubhouse in the future.

Cifi Yst Cyf

Cifi Yst Cyf is a sales center that later serves as a kindergarten, covering 1200 square meters. The design uses log color as the main tone, with cabin-like cubes that connect and interlace. Green color blocks and windows of different sizes create a changing rhythm and reduce the fear of large empty spaces. Low saturated forest colors, white play stairs and geometric shapes of animals and plants are combined. Materials include terrazzo, wood grain sound absorbing panels, fabric soft covering and PVC flooring. Safety guides every detail of the interior.

Bihai Yinhu

Bihai Yinhu is a sales center in Jiangmen, Guangdong, with a design area of 2000 square meters. Gaussian coordinate lines form the main pattern, and sharp corners are replaced by gentle curves that repeat across the plan. An array ceiling combined with linear lighting strengthens the sense of sequence. Semi-transparent acrylic is lit to extend the perceived scale of the rooms. Materials include wooden fossil, aluminum plate with wood grain transfer, terrazzo and acrylic, and Klein blue is used as an accent color.

Fireplace Valley is a sales center interior located in Guilin, China. The design draws on local river scenery and folk traditions. At the entrance, a half-arc panel of purple landscape marble is placed against a creamy white marble wall and recalls the form of a small boat. Light fixtures at the reception area use traditional bamboo weaving techniques. A wave-like ceiling shapes the main space. Boyue Palace

Boyue Palace is a sales center located in Shenzhen Expo Bay, China, completed in May 2022. The interior covers 648 square meters and uses metal, stone, leather and wood finishes. Orange and green chandeliers hang in an irregular array, recalling the roots and vines of the banyan trees seen on Shenzhen roadsides. A large mossy landscape wall replaces a conventional wall surface. Cotton and linen carpets, curved furniture, wall paintings and plants create a calm setting. The design connects natural ecology with urban life and offers visitors an immersive experience.

CR Land Runcheng is a sales center located in Hefei, China, with an area of 1100 square meters. Shenyang China Railway

Shenyang China Railway is a sales center interior design covering 2000 square meters. The layout keeps a symmetrical axis, with the negotiation area placed opposite the water bar. A book bar with display shelves and detailed lighting can also serve as a reading room, community space or cafe. Geometric composition, order and interlocking blocks guide the plan. Merchants Yonglan Bay is a sales center located in Xi'an, China. The interior of 1000 square meters is arranged as a forest space, formed by green installations, crystal lights and metallic wires on the ceiling. The water bar is treated as an ecological laboratory, where small plant installations and glass bottles are displayed. Clay porcelain vases, natural red clay rocks, fresh flowers and green plants create a calm and pleasant environment. The design joins nature and art to evoke ideas about future urban life.

Blooming City is a sales center interior in Guangzhou covering 1450 square meters. The design draws on Lingnan architecture and on the Pearl River landscape. A Manchurian flower-window screen is made of metal and acrylic instead of heavy wood and glass, which softens the play of light and shadow. The recreation area is centered on an LED screen, stairs, a water bar and a tea area. Materials include artistic paint, wood veneer, artificial stone, stainless steel, artistic glass and brick. The layout follows the local principle of enclosed interiors and open exteriors.
