Dazzling
Dazzling is a sales centre interior located in Chunghua City, Taiwan, covering 550 square meters. The design is based on Chinese kiln culture. In the exhibition space, irregular wood boards run from the walls to the ceiling and recall the ice crack patterns of Ge Kiln ceramics. Wall and ceiling lights shine through the gaps between the boards and are visible through the clear glass windows. The reception area beside the windows is divided by metal dividers with golden metal sheets and grey glass. Golden and blue tones refer to the golden wire and purple iron foot of the ceramics.
Dazzling Sales Centre by Hsin-Yuan Lee was featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Dazzling Sales Centre earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
