Eco Park 15
This semi-detached house is updated with a modern tropical concept that emphasises a warm, laid-back, resort-like ambience. Non-structural walls were removed to create an open space layout, which rectified existing lighting and ventilation issues. The addition of a 6-panel glass ceiling skylight at the living room brightens the interior with natural lighting. Furthermore, tall glass panels are installed in the living and dining area to take advantage of the peaceful garden view on top of expanding the interior visually. Cool urban hues and natural materials complete this sophisticated look.
Eco Park 15 Residential House by Ken Thong has been featured as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Eco Park 15 Residential House received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
