Light Impression
Light Impression is a residential interior design for a home of approximately 182 square feet. The plan responds to the needs of a couple and their preschool children. Partition materials keep the common area semi-open, so children can move freely. Solid wood, iron, marble, glass and solid wood flooring are the main materials. A grille screen marks the entrance, and a log wall gives the living area a natural touch. A sliding door links a multipurpose room to the corridor and brightens a once dark walkway. Low-formaldehyde wood and environmentally friendly paint are used.
Light Impression Residential Space by CHIEH CHIH YU has been featured as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Light Impression Residential Space received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020.
