Pristine
Pristine is a residential interior design for a family home. In the public area, marble is used on the feature walls, on furniture and on parts of the facades, creating a wide and continuous texture. Wood on the walls and the floor reduces the heavy feeling of the large stone surfaces, while mirrors and metal details add depth to the space. A mirror arch marks the entrance of the public area and conceals a structural beam. Ceilings and lines of different widths link the interior with the view outside. The living room, kitchen and study appear open yet remain separate.
Pristine Residential by Han Chung Hung was featured as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Pristine Residential was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2019. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
