Eson Optical and Cafe

Eson Optical and Cafe is a concept store that combines eyewear retail with a boutique coffee bar. The interior is arranged as a sequence of areas for coffee, rest, display and eyewear fitting, so the plan unfolds step by step. Framed sightlines guide attention toward the eyewear on display. Light, transparency and tactile materials shape each scene and give the interior a vibrant character. The design reflects contemporary youth culture and offers an urban commercial space with quality, diversity and vitality.

Eson Optical and Cafe Eyewear Retail and Coffee by MU QIAO has been identified as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Eson Optical and Cafe Eyewear Retail and Coffee earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2026. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which honors excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
