Velaria
Velaria is a two-storey private residence in Penang, Malaysia, with a built-up area of 4800 square feet. Open plan zones link the entertainment lounge, bar and dining area, while the master suite serves as a private retreat. Italian marble, walnut and brass create warmth and elegance. A central bar anchors social gatherings, and views towards the pool support a calm, hotel like atmosphere. Custom millwork, bespoke furniture and integrated lighting systems were used. A floating staircase with motion lighting connects the two levels.
Velaria Luxury Private Residence by Linus Saw has been featured as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards.
