Illuminated Symphony
Illuminated Symphony is a residential interior design of about 165 square meters. The layout was reorganized to reduce enclosed areas and to move the living and dining spaces, creating a larger public area for gatherings. Gray glass, stone slabs and carefully placed lighting shape the interior. A gray glass sliding door separates the dining room from the study and lets daylight pass between them. A curved ceiling with indirect lighting reduces the visual effect of structural beams. In the master bedroom, a gray glass partition divides the bed area and the dressing room.
Illuminated Symphony Residence by Yu Hung Hsieh was highlighted as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Illuminated Symphony Residence received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
