In the design of Ultima project, the way light flows through the rooms, combined with smooth, flowing lines and natural textures, brings the space to life. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, is carefully considered to create a home that feels personal, stylish, and full of warmth. The low bench by the window provides a cozy spot to sit and enjoy the scenery, and on clear days, it offers a breathtaking view of dazzling night lights in Hongkong.
Ultima Residential by Mstudio was featured as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Ultima Residential earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2025. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program that rewards outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
