Spiritual Bay Villa
Spiritual Bay is an interior design for a first-line sea view villa in Qingdao, China. The villa has three floors above ground and two below. The plan includes an open living area, a study, sea view bedrooms, a home theatre and a tea room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows with narrow aluminium frames and ultra-clear glass present the seascape like a framed painting. The windows can be opened to link the indoor and outdoor spaces. The minimalist treatment keeps the interior simple and increases the use of natural light.
Spiritual Bay Villa Residential by Kris Lin has been selected as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Spiritual Bay Villa Residential was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade that celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
