Aroma
Aroma is a residential interior design for a home of 661 square meters in New Taipei City. Aroma is a renovation of the house where the owner grew up, and the design preserves the nostalgic atmosphere of the original home. Cypress wood is used so that memories can be recalled through scent, texture and color. Materials include Fenix flooring, stone marble, Imora sintered stone, Bolon carpet, multi-layered wooden flooring and Hunter Douglas curtains. A painting closes the corridor, and an open fire warms the living area.
Aroma Residential Space Design by Luke Wang has been featured as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Aroma Residential Space Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
