Wonderful Village
Wonderful Village is a residential complex located near the Chiayi high speed rail station. The site is bordered by three roads, so the building line is set back to create four independent buildings separated by gardens and squares across a distance of 40 meters. The wide spacing gives residents privacy and brings sunlight and fresh air from two sides. Greenery, sunlight, air and water are integrated into the plan to form a healthy living environment. The square site layout and the rice spike emblems on the facades recall the agricultural heritage of Chiayi.
Wonderful Village Residence by Qing Jing Lin Co., Ltd was selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Wonderful Village Residence was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022.
