C01
C01 is a residential interior design for a house with one level above ground and two levels underground. The home includes a sunken courtyard and an indoor area of about 300 square meters. Decorative content is reduced, and the space is organized through beams, columns and a half arch. A golden kitchen on the first floor adds contrast. The studio holds a full-height bookshelf with a ladder and a wine cabinet. A tea room, a guest room and custom furniture, including a cabinet for paintings that serves as a workbench, support the life of an artist couple.
C01 Residential by 梁晨 was featured as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. C01 Residential was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
