The Bird Hide
It is rare to have a unit with a pleasant view in Hong Kong. How can this view be used well as a home characteristics? The residental unit situated in the Southern District is designed by T.B.C. Studio. The design was inspired by the green landscape view outside the window. With a lot of warm wood colors were used in the house, and a row of cabinets was specially ordered in the living room by the window, so that the owner can sit comfortably by the window and enjoying the beautiful scenery, it feels like being in a bird-watching house.
The Bird Hide Residential Interior Design by Tommy Hui was selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. The Bird Hide Residential Interior Design won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
