Gray Territory
Gray Territory is a pet grooming center located in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The interior covers about 76 square meters and is divided into a welcoming area, a working area and an employee lounge. Glass partitions and gray tones extend the visual field of the narrow and long site. The floor is made of epoxy with a flowing pattern. The black wall keeps the texture of the original building and is sprayed with black stone paint for an industrial look. Cultural stone and wood fiberboard are used in the reception area. A photo studio on the lower floor allows pictures to be taken after grooming.
Gray Territory Commercial Space by TSUNG-JU, WU has been highlighted as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Gray Territory Commercial Space received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
