Connect Circulate
Connect Circulate is a residential interior design for a two-story house of about 595 square meters. Clean lines and a double-height living room create an open, gallery-like space for family gatherings. Cantilever stairs were moved beside the wall so that the second-floor corridor remains complete and the two levels are closely linked. The light stair structure gives a sense of visual penetration. Clear glass separates the corridor from the void. Materials include wood veneer, tiles, stove finish, metals and wood flooring. Large openings bring in natural light and views of the greenery.
Connect Circulate Residential by Sung Hsing Lee was featured as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Connect Circulate Residential was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
