Family With a Pearl Necklace

Family With a Pearl Necklace is a residential interior design for a family of five in Taipei. The home covers 1700 square meters, with 1400 square meters indoors and 330 square meters outdoors, across four floors. Shared areas are placed on the first floor, rooms for the children and grandmother on the second, and the parents' rooms on the third. A multimedia room, a gym, a courtyard and a swimming pool support daily family life. Each space is arranged around a curated collection of contemporary art.

Family With a Pearl Necklace Luxury Residential by Idan Chiang of L'atelier Fantasia was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Family With a Pearl Necklace Luxury Residential was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade which honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
